Samad Hadi Exports offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

1.1. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Samad Hadi Exports.
1.2. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Products
2.1. All products are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade products.
2.2. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in INR for Indian customers and USD for Rest of the World and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal and bank transfer.
3.3. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Orders and Confirmation
4.1. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
4.2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Eligibility
5.1 You shall use the website only if you are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor and if you wish to purchase products through the website you may do so through your legal guardian or parents who have registered themselves as Registered Users of the website. Samad Hadi Exports reserves the right to terminate your membership without assigning any reasons.
6. Warranty and Liability

8. Delivery and Returns
8.1 Once a valid purchase has been completed, Samad Hadi Exports will send a confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address, informing them of the scheduled delivery date for their purchased items.
8.2 After the purchase order amount is realized, deliveries will completed within 1 week for Ready To Ship In-Stock Rugs. For custom orders, deliveries will be completed within 4-6 weeks. The customer hereby agrees to make adequate arrangements for smooth transportation of the purchased items by the carrier from the main gate of the customer premises to customers doorstep. Samad Hadi Exports will not accept cancellations at the time of delivery due to issues such as narrow doorways, lack of space to maneuver items, or inaccessible roads for the delivery van, subject to the general right of the customer under the cancellation clause below.
8.3 Samad Hadi Exports will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. The delivery date provided to the customer is an estimate given in good faith. If Samad Hadi Exports finds subsequently that the estimate is inaccurate, Samad Hadi Exports will endeavor to inform the customer using the registered contact numbers and/or email address of the customer.
8.4 Samad Hadi Exports will make 3 attempts for delivery to the customers desired address. In case the delivery does not happen and the orders are returned, Samad Hadi Exports reserves the right to cancel the order and retain up to 25% of the order value. All purchases on the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
The customer hereby agrees that the title to such purchased goods shall pass on to the customer once the goods are delivered by Samad Hadi Exports to the carrier for delivery to the customers doorstep. The customer agrees that the carrier of the purchased goods to the customers premises shall be the customers agent.
8.5 Samad Hadi Exports provides free shipping in India. For rest of the world, Samad Hadi Exports will share with you a shipping quote at the time of placing the order. Any Customs/ Octroi charges will payable directly to the courier company by the customer. Samad Hadi Exports reserves the right to revise prices in future.
9. Cancellation and Returns Procedure
9.1 The customer may cancel the purchase order within a period of and in any event not later than, 2 working days from the date of purchase. If the customer chooses to cancel the purchase order after the dispatch of the purchased item, then the following procedure will apply:
For return of the purchase items, the customer should contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Samad Hadi Exports will levy an appropriate collection charge depending upon the items purchased and the customers location which will be duly conveyed before collection.
9.2 In case the reason of return is delivery of wrong items (delivered items different from ordered/described, poor quality of delivered items, etc.), Samad Hadi Exports will fully refund the collection charges and further arrange a suitable replacement(s) at its own cost. Any refund of the purchase amount will only be at the discretion of Samad Hadi Exports.
9.3 It is important to note that any item purchased at a reduced price from its retail value is not eligible for return. It is imperative that customers take this into consideration when making purchases, as the aforementioned policy applies to all discounted items, regardless of the reason for the reduction in price.
9.4 In case of refund, the refund will be made on the credit/debit/charge card with which the items were purchased online, after deducting the appropriate collection charge, once the items has been received back in good shape by Samad Hadi Exports.
9.5 If it is found by Samad Hadi Exports that the returned items are not in good condition, then Samad Hadi Exports reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement.
